Tandoori Express - Thanet

I prefer Tandoori Express to all other nearby Indian restaurants. The food is delicious, the customer service is great, and I have never had to wait longer than the estimated time.

The food at this restaurant is typically excellent and arrives promptly. However, I had a disappointing experience last night. I placed my order at 7:37 and was told it would take about 45 minutes. After calling three times to follow up, I was repeatedly told that the food would be delivered in 10 minutes due to busyness. Unfortunately, our order did not arrive until 3 hours and 5 minutes later. By that time, it was too late to eat so we sent it back. I'm not sure what happened, but I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience.

This is ridiculous. We placed our order 2 hours ago. After 2 phone calls stating it was just leaving and then another saying our driver went to the wrong address, it is now 20:26 and we still haven't received our food. This is a complete mess.

Take away only!! The best in town for Tandoori Chicken, it's making my mouth water now just thinking about it.

Wonderful food, thank you, I've tried other Indian takeaways but this one beats the lot, thankyou tandoori express
