Writing to make everybody aware that there is false advertising on the menu, we ordered the cheesy garlic ciabatta as a starter, we have had this many times so we were expecting a big slice of ciabatta bread, when the starter came out it ended up being two slices of a frozen garlic baguette with some cheese on top (the same garlic baguettes that you can buy for 99p from the supermarket) this cost us nearly £4! We raised the concern with the lovely Jamie who explained that head office had told them to stop serving the ciabatta due to an allergen change, however they haven’t changed the listing on the menu, even on the online menu and they also hadn’t changed the price. The staff in the restaurant were lovely, especially Jamie and compensated us for the issue by giving us a free dessert. Not the staffs fault at all but head office need to look into this and change it asap.

We booked to come here to have food and watch football in evening on 16th June. We were early and when we entered a lovely lady spoke to us and said our table was ready so we could be seated. She explained there was approximately 40 minute wait for food as they were busy We ordered all food and drinks on the Greene King app. The non gluten containing menu was only available online Drinks were served really quickly When food arrived it was hot, tasty and filling The biggest downside was that someone sat nearby with a dog and the dog had a very “windy” issue. The smell was awful and not great while trying to eat Overall we have had a really good night (except for the smell) and we have booked to come back while we are in Margate

Was served by Eileen on the bar and had great company on this lovely Easter Sunday by Jamie. Effective service as always and needed that pint after my cold Easter swine.

Ordered Sunday lunch arrived not hot and no gravy? Strange as if i ordered a burger you put gravy in burger? The beef was so tough and full of grissle. My friend did have a burger but given wrong one, waitress replace an went for gravy i asked for mine to be taken as well as mine would be cold waiting, told wont be long but of course she was an mine was cold. Our 1st course of garlic bread was hotter than my meal. Very dissapointed as were telling friend how good the food is !!!!

Very impressed with the service. My children wanted to take me out for dinner for Mothers Day and no one had availability. I phoned here and they were able to accommodate us all. I also needed disabled access as my husband is in a wheelchair and they accommodated us exactly as we wanted. On arrival we had a really nice table and had kept the kitchen open for us. The food was amazing, and the puddings were to die for. All the staff were really friendly especially our waitress Isabelle. The food was cooked by Scott, Jordan and Luke and was delicious. Excellent value for money and a really lovely Mothers Day treat. Would definitely come back here again.
