Hard Eight Bbq - The Colony

Was smoked chicken, and it really hit the spot. The meat was juicy, tasteful and moist. I loved the chicken skin. The steak was also delicious! came from medium rare, as desired. Super delicious with the butter sauce above. Get the shrimps and chicken puppets! Pages are average, although imho.

We've tried Hard Eight BBQ for the first time because we've heard so many good things about it. It didn't disappoint! And that Big Daddy Margarita was the best margarita I had in a very long time! We had brisket, sausage, ribs, coleslaw, roasted okra, creamy corn and peach-bbbler! Everything was delicious! Will definitely return!

1. Timer Wow! This place came highly recommended and I?m excited me and my girlfriend could try it! When you go in, it's like walking into a smoker just hot barbeque. Please pay attention to the characters as they are there to understand how always works and make your order smooth. We went over top meal and these signs were helpful for someone who was unfamiliar and also moved the line (that is important). As you are ready to order everything, it is similar to a buffet style minus several people breathing over everything (which is a plus). The meat comes from the 1/2 pd so use your own discretion. I have ribs, brisket, corn on the Kob, Coleslaw and Pommes. The meat was amazingly well done, 10/10. The corn wasn't exciting. I feel like the restaurant is a bbq stain that the corn could be? was better! Fries and Koleslaw were so fresh, 10/10. Overall successful visit and I definitely recommend! Thanks Hard 8!

Great quality and experience! Upon entering you will be greeted by a smokey aroma that is beyond great. You see how the food is cooked and prepared, you get exactly what you want and how much of it you want. My favorite was the regular sausage followed by the brisket and pulled pork. After picking up your meat, go in to pick up your sauces and sides. There are seating in the indoor and outdoor areas. Needless to say if you think good BBQ Hard Eight BBQ!

It?s the perfect Texas bbq experience! They have smokers indoors that really appeal to your olfactory senses before you even get to order. The food is delicious and the meat was tender and juicy. The brisket was superb. We didn?t particularly like the steak but overall the rest of the food made up for it.
