Harvey's - the Creek in Stoney Creek

Jake Q provided a warm welcome and promptly took my order. The young gentleman with ginger hair at the grill cooked my burger to perfection. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

As a loyal customer of Harvey's, I visit at least a couple of times a week for lunch on the go. Working in Waterdown, I have to say this location is my favorite by far. It’s true that every Harvey's order takes a bit longer than most fast food burger places, but in my opinion, the fresh ingredients and the ability to customize your toppings make the wait worthwhile. The service is always friendly, and as a vegan, I consistently order the original veggie burger. It's always served hot and fresh, as they usually let me know that they’re cooking it to order. Within minutes, I’m enjoying a delicious, hot burger with my preferred toppings.

We really enjoy visiting this particular Harvey's. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always served hot! A special shout-out to Cooper, who always ensures my order is correct. Great job!

I went through the drive-thru and immediately noticed that some items were missing from my order. I parked my car and went inside to look for my food. Even though it had been less than a minute and I could easily recite my entire order, they insisted that I show my receipt. So, I had to go back to my car and turn the bag upside down to find the receipt at the bottom. When I returned to the store, they announced that they had found my food. However, when I checked the new bag, I discovered that one item was still missing. When I inquired about it, I felt like they thought I was trying to pull a fast one, despite the fact that they had already made a mistake. There was no apology; they just handed me the missing item in a bag with a dismissive "here you go." While the food itself tasted fine, the overall experience left me feeling dissatisfied.

The toppings were incorrect. I ordered two original dishes; one had the toppings but didn’t have the extra requested, while the other one only had mayo. Additionally, the food was quite cold.
