Jack Astor's Grill Eastgate

Nat was our server/bartender. Excellent people skills, kept the momento going with every table. Introduced us to app and to trivia. 2nd time having him for a server and most definately will ne back.

Asked to wait 15 mins as busy, looked empty in the dining area, but said ok, no problem, apparently they had a big party at the back. Waited, then as people started coming in and waiting there, they refused them. Sorry, I can't handle 4 or 6 people parties. Just to note, there we only had 3 in our party. So we thought we'll good thing we got in when we did, 20 minutes later, she said I can sit you, but you won't get served for another 20 or 30 mins??? What are you kidding me. We left disappointed after sitting for almost 25 minutes by this time, haven't been there for a long time, and won't go back. Note to Jack's put a sign next time, closed or sorry over booked, something! You refused so many people at the door, coming in with their kids, it's not a good look nor a way to treat your patrons. Went to The Express Italian Eatery, which had great food, lots of room, and well priced!

We went here for my Moms birthday and it was great. The food was good, but our server Chantelle is what made it a 5 star experience with her fun energy. Thanks again Chantelle!

Went for dinner and was disappointed. I received an entree and got a side salad that was frozen I got a replacement but really they couldn't get a salad right the first time. Also our server was not good as well she took forever to service us just really disappointedI won't be back unfortunately

Wait staff was sub par at bestAsked for a glass of white wine when Bill came charge for wine was 23.00Really?When I questioned server she replied that wine is expensive these daysI had fish tacos and a glass of wine 50.00Excessive I thinkI will never return to this establishment for sure
