Mcdonald's - the Creek in Stoney Creek

The manager Amy was a complete and total tool. Super rude. I went into this location and ordered 2 mcdoubles and a juniour chicken. It took 23 minutes to complete the order while there was nobody in the restaurant except myself. After i ordered around 15 minutes in, Amy asked if i was waiting for anything. I informed her that id been waiting 15 minutes which is when she informed me “uh, yeah, food takes a while to be cooked. “ super rude for no reason. I informed her i would be posting this and she couldnt wait for me to do it, practically begging me to do it. So, here you are Amy, you tool. Here is your negative review. I hope it brings you as much joy to read as it brought me to write.

Horrible customer service at this location. Owner/supervisor is a complete tool. Don't bother going here go somewhere else.Read the 1 star reviews....they aren't wrong!

Just okay. Coupon game isn’t good and they don’t have shamrock shakes.

Excellent location. Kyle is always super friendly and ensures all orders are done to perfection. No burnt fries, no uncooked nuggets, everything done to perfection. Thank you and thank you Kyle.

What is wrong with this location? Like who owns and runs it? Because it is absolutely terrible. I got a chicken sandwich and happy meal for my kid. Everything I mean everything was disgusting. The chicken sandwich was burnt, the Fries and nuggets were cold! Just awful. What a waste of time and money. Have reported this to CFIA so I hope they get inspected and chewed out!Please if you read this DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION and drive to Wendys which is much much better.
