Mike's Submarines

Slowly been going downhill for a while. My last visit was my last visit. Not going to trash the place but for the I can get an always fresh with all the toppings I like and meat that I cannot see through at a famous competitor any time of day for the same price and sometimes even cheaper and I don’t have to hear about how expensive mayonnaise is. Used to be a great spot now a great spot to avoid.

I purchased a gyro and the pita is stale and moldy. I will never go to this mike’s submarine again. +30 for 2 subs abd a gyro.

“If you want to customize your sub go to Subway” is what the workers to my wife. They were so rude when you asked to make changes to the sub on the menu.Not sure why it matters what you want on your sub, shouldn’t you like what you are eating instead of it being an inconvenience to the workers….stay away if you want any changes to the menu.

Wish they had online ordering so I could just pay online and pick it up instead of wasting half my lunch in

The service was horrible. The male owner of the store was rude and very disrespectful towards his staff and customers. My husband asked for extra onions on his sub and the owner told him he would have to pay extra for them. The customer that was behind my husband asked for extra onions and the owner told her for you, no problem. When my husband asked why he had to pay extra for the onions and the other customer did not he was told that if he didn 't like it to go to the subway down the street. The poor kid that was making our subs was shaking. I felt so bad for the young man that was working there. We have been a long time customer of this establishment but I will never return to this one. And I will be telling others about his arrogance.
