Starbucks - The Dalles

I ordered a mocha and requested two pumps of caramel. A little Hispanic girl encouraged me to say "venti" instead of "big." While I waited, I overheard her calling my order "stupid" to a taller blonde woman and making comments about me, thinking I couldn't hear her. When my coffee finally cooled down enough to drink, it tasted more like poorly made hot chocolate and was undrinkable, so I ended up having to pour it out.

I recommend caramel ribbon crunch frappe or a hot white chocolate mocha iced pumpkin chai tea latte with sweet cream foam with crumbles in top yum my main faves

The drive thru, the dine-in, and even the store seem to close when ever they want. This place is rarely open when it’s supposed to be.

Pistachio coffee was horrible , looked a lot better than it taste…..but good service

The coffee is decent, though not quite on par with some of the other local shops. It seems like the staff could use a bit more training in customer service and drink preparation, but it's not the worst experience I've had. The atmosphere is similar to a grocery store like Safeway. Overall, I would rate the service a 3 out of 5.
