Always amazing. Best Texas wagu steaks I've ever had. It's pricey for sure. Service is always great and food comes out fast and hot.

What an epic fail! My wife and I have been eating at Brenner’s more than 20 years and this is the worst experience we have ever had. We had 7 pm reservations and they made us sit at the bar to wait.. no big deal. The bartender did not acknowledge us for 15 minutes. After about 40 minutes, we checked on out table and they never checked us in and gave away the table I had requested. Then we paid the bar tab electronically with the QR code. When we finally got to our make shift table, the bartender flew across the restaurant to our table to confront us about the bar tab. We had to show the charge on the card. When we finally got our steaks, the manager interrupted our dinner to get our credit card because apparently the QR code charge did not show on their side. Then he interrupted again to show us some filled out form. The only bright spot was our waitress. Thanks Brenner’s for ruining our anniversary! NEVER GOING BACK!!!

UPDATE Manager called and apologized for the experience with the first impression. Offered for us to return for a better experience. Appreciated the fact he took the time to ask and understand what went wrong with our first visit! Updated review to 4 stars for the courtesy call. Surprised my boyfriend for his birthday and the hostess was rude the moment we walked in. Not friendly at all. It was as if we bothered her upon letting her know we had reservations. My boyfriend was ready to walk out, because of that interaction. Our server Frank was so friendly and nice though. He deserves 5 stars for his service. Steaks were very delicious and worth the price, but unfortunately the green beans tasted bland. We also tried the quail bites as an appetizer since Frank recommended it and his recommendation did not disappoint! Not sure if we’d return due to the hostess experience. For it to be our first time trying the restaurant, it wasn’t a welcoming entrance.

Team dinner we chose this place and we all loved it!! Food choices are exceptional and Brenner’s offers non-steak choices like an amazing red snapper plus the lobster bisque was one of the best!! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Definitely coming back
