Contribuisci feedbackThis place is terrible. The cashier was on her personal phone talking and had us stand there waiting until she got off the phone so we could order and pay. She then said card machine doesn’t work because it’s raining outside but we could use cash app?? Very sketchy why would I cash app a “business.” We decided to leave because the whole experience was weird. I’ve been to other Genghis Grill locations that were good but don’t recommend this place.
Food is tasty but But lady on reception was not friendly or welcoming. Restaurants not looks neat. Floor ans furniture are century old and dirty.
The best one I’ve been to. Hands down. Food was prepared just right. My allergies were clearly attended to and cooked on a separate grill. Also, this one seemed to have more choices than the others I’ve been to and the customer service was greater in comparison to others as well. Highly recommended!
The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff's enthusiasm is wonderful! My friends and I were treated like kings the entire time by Alexander, the manager, and the other employees. They guided us through the process of choosing tastes and making suggestions, and their enthusiasm was contagious. It was a wonderful encounter!
Over the years I noticed this place going down. We walked in, not only did it look bad, but it had a bad odor. We walk up to the lady to take our order. Normally we see the prices on the screen but the screen was down. My coworker placed her order and so did I. The lady gave us the price and we were a bit floored at the price for lunch. So we decided to change our order to a small bowl. Well the lady threw a fit because she had to push a button on her machine. And clearly and a bit abrupt said to us next time make sure you know what you want to order before you order it . And I said oh hell no and walked out. I 'm sorry little girl but do not speak to people like that. I will not be treated in this manner at any location.
