Really nice staff. I noticed almost every shop in this strip center sells boba. Isn't that the weird? Slushies were 3 for the price of 2. But I just couldn't. Phoenix matcha was recommended by the owner and I wasn't disappointed. The tropical splash has a bit of a tang. Will have to try the shaved ice next time.

This place has the best boba drinks. Our favorite treat here is the shaved ice with boba on freshly-made waffle cones, though. The server is always very nice and meticulous with our order. The decor is fun and outdoor seating is a nice touch too.

Some things have nuts here so be careful if you have an allergy (like the Nutella crepe).I stopped in with some friends specifically for the $2 frozen yogurt (soft serve) cone. It's a small thing that is packed with flavor. Tastes exactly like a Vietnamese yogurt (sữa chua). It's rich and creamy. They do sell out, so I wouldn't go here just for that on a busy week (like before Thanksgiving or Christmas).Fast service and some indoor seating available.

The desserts were really good and the service was great as well. I didn't like a refresher that apparently had a tea base, but they were nice enough to replace it with a sparkling drink that was not bitter. So, overall pleased.
