Two courses.. one pot. Fist course, stir-fried chicken served in a large pot. Second course, they add broth to the same pot to make a hotpot that incorporates all the delicious chicken flavors from course one. Good variety of items for the hotpot. Pricing was about $45 for 3 people... good value. Beer would be great with this meal, but they do not offer it.
Good food, great experience. It?s such a fun and different way to dine with friends or families. You literally create your meal together. First it?s the protein with rice/ noodles. Then you have the option of adding broth and any thing else from veggies tomeatballs, dumplings, breadsticks etc. The menu tells you how how to cook it for. Fun experience and great concept
Awesome place if you wanna get away from the regular hot pot! It first starts off a braise which you can eat with rice and then afterwards the broth will be added into the braise creating a hot pot. Pick a couple of additions to add to your hot pot likeveggies, meats, and seafood
It's an amazing dining experience if you are open to trying new cuisine. Chongqing Chicken Pot is similar to a Chicken Clay Pot but the clay pot is converted to a hot pot after you're done with the chicken. It's very creative and delicious! I highlysuggest getting the frog claypot if you're feeling adventurous. The food here is very reminiscent of what I grew up eating inChina.
