Dunkin' - The Energy Corridor, Houston

A staple in the fast food breakfast realm. I love their kolaches and the coffee is pretty good as well.

I love Dunkin but the service at this place is really horrible, so bad that I will either drive a further distance to another location or just not go entirely. The lobby is often closed during regular business hours. The staff is completely unprofessional and I am often ignored while waiting to place an order. I am seldom greeted, I usually just get a blank stare by the person at the register. The other day three staff members (one of them was named Mariah/Moriah) proceeded to have a heated discussion about pay right in front of me. They were arguing and cursing. My presence at the register did not impact the discussion in any way...finally I said can someone take my order. I know good help is hard to find these days, but this was just the worst experience I've had.
