Hyderabadi Chai &grill

Based on previous reviews, I decided to try the goat biryani. Unfortunately, I received a dish with marinated goat pieces served over either leftover rice or grains that were dried out and crunchy due to lack of moisture. When the person at the counter asked for my feedback, I told him that he knew exactly what he had served me, and it was very poor quality food. He said he would inform his management, but he reminded me of Mast Ali from the movie "The Angrez," acting as if he didn’t realize how fresh the food was. We are also from the old city of Hyderabad, and if you want to see what fresh food looks like, I suggest checking out the rice and meat at Biryani Factory instead.

Absolutely the best Desi food I’ve ever had! No waiting for a table, which was a huge plus. The restaurant has plenty of space and offers excellent customer service. Every staff member welcomed us with a smile and was incredibly kind. The food was delicious and served hot. It's the perfect spot for a family outing! The chai was fantastic and fresh—definitely worth the wait!

The food is good, but they really need to improve their attention to time and order details. I ordered goat korma today and specifically asked the receptionist for less oil. I've attached pictures for you to see just how much oil was actually in it! Previously, I ordered Chinese Manchurian. While it tasted great, I was told it would take 10 minutes to prepare, but I ended up waiting 40 minutes. I really wish they could speed up their service and provide more dedicated customer care to complement the good food.

I apologize for the delay in sharing my review; it usually takes me a while to write them. This restaurant is truly a gem. The food is exceptional, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Since I was unfamiliar with many items on the menu, they took the time to assist me in choosing dishes I would enjoy, offering great suggestions. Everything I tried was delicious—the butter chicken was outstanding, and the biryani was fantastic. They even prepared a beef kebab for me that wasn't on the menu, and it was incredible. We ended up returning three nights in a row because it was that good!

The food here is genuinely authentic and delicious, and the service is excellent. However, I believe they could enhance the experience by increasing their seating capacity. Given the quality of their dishes, I'm confident they'll attract a larger crowd, which will eventually necessitate more space and staff to accommodate everyone.
