Contribuisci feedbackThey don't speak to you when you walk into the establishment, but just stare blankly. Then, when you proceed to tell them you're there for an online pick-up order, they act as if they're deaf or you ask them for $50 bucks.
I ordered on the Jack In The Box app and never received my order . I had to walk 30 minutes to the store just for them to tell me they couldn’t issue me a refund or remake my food , so I then had to pay a 2nd time which was very frustrating. I hoping this catches the right person attention because they were not helpful at all and I would like a refund . Not only did I pay for someone else to eat my food , I had to pay a second time in the process . I did it have my any options as I am on foot , so if someone would please get in contact with me .
The food is good and pretty consistent. It's probably not the healthier food but you probably aren't going there for healthy food.
The lady at the drive through informed me that they actually close at midnight. Needs to be updated
Three days ago I went for the first time and I was very disappointed, it was barely 10 and they told me it was closed, it was a girl, who by the way doesn't speak English well.
