(But it means they don?t use chemicals to tenderize their meat, which is good. 3.5 for dine in experience but 4.5 for the food.
This was our first time eating here and we were SO impressed. Any questions we had were answered and we were able to order smoothly! We got chicken, beef and cheese katsu they were absolutely AMAZING and fresh. They made them right after we ordered from scratch and we only had to wait maybe 10 mins! We both got the regular katsu sauce which tastes just like others we've tried. The pasta, salad and even the rice were amazing! My husband got the spicy chicken ramen and it was
We came here to meet up with friends on 7pm Thursday night. Surprisingly, the store was completely empty. The TV above the cashier was also broken, which I assume is what is supposed to display the menu... so we had to walk up to the cashier to read the menu they taped to the counter. There was no prices displayed on the counter menu.... and we weren't sure how to order. The cashier was not the friendliest and we obviously were confused on how to order at this place,
Their katsu was fresh and crispy Glad they can do tofu katsu. Unfortunately, their udon was a huge disappointment. The texture of the noodles were too soft.
Pretty good food! Had the Pork Katsu and the Beef Katsu. Nice and crunchy and not dry! The pasta and salad side was fine. The cooks pounding the meat was really loud but the meat was definitely nice and tender so ¯ (?) ¯ overall fairly good for the price( $15 for pork Katsu with tip and tax).
