Panera Bread

This Panera location always have something going on with it, I payed $25 for my food just for none of my breakfast sandwiches to have back on it, which was the one and only meat on breakfast sandwiches. Pure RIDICULOUS

I went through the drive-through today at 11:35 and was not able to get my food until 20 minutes later. There was no one even in front of me. I had to park my car and go in to find out what was going on. There wasn’t even a manager available to speak with me. Someone finally handed me my food and told me they were so sorry they were shortstaffed. Sadly, this is the second Panera with horrific service issues that I’ve experienced in the Spring Texas area. I will not be back to this location. Management really needs to get their act together if they’re going to keep customers .
