Zero stars!! I must say, the service provided was absolutely dreadful.

I purchased a latte coffee and pastrie..totl 9.06..I gave 1.00 tip..but was charged 19.06..seems like they added 10.00 tip..just be careful..felling disappointed This is terminal B lobby store

Coffee was good, but the Cashier this morning said absolutely nothing. Just looked at me till I ordered, sat my coffee on the counter without saying anything and walked away. Didn’t respond to good morning, thank you’s or anything. Guess it’s just a sign of the times…

I had a large Mocha and cheese danish and my wife had a large, plain old coffee with lots of cream. Delicious hot coffee!

Coffee was good and hot. I was the only person in line and the woman who was also the manager was directly facing me talking on her phone. I had to interrupt her and she said “oh you want to order?” Given with the expression of a prison guard . Where has Customer Service gone? Unbelievable she couldn’t even manage a smile.
