I usually don't leave reviews but I don't want no one to have to eat the food I was served I have never in my life been given such a sorry excuse for barbecue the sauce was nasty the meat was tough please don't eat at this

Amazing BBQ spot. I was at a function for the Greater Houston Justice Coaltion and they used them for catering. There is some serious craft out into their brisket! Highly recommend and I don’t ever leave recommendations.

We were visiting from out of state and were looking for a good Texas Barbecue. This place had great reviews, so we decided to give them a try. By hands down the best decision! The owner was so very nice, the smoked brisket was was so good! The bbq sauce was out of this world delicious. I offered several sighs of contentment during, as well as after the meal. Highly recommend!

Perfect Choice is literally the PERFECT CHOICE if you want to get SCAMMED. I dropped off a brisket to have smoked and was advised it would be ready by Saturday at 4. I show up at 3PM and NOBODY is there. The restaurant is CLOSED. The phone number goes straight to VOICEMAIL. I sent numerous messages via Facebook messenger and called the number of RICK (THE OWNER) multiple times with no answer. Someone finally answered me and said he was a partner of the company and out of town. He offered NO SOLUTION, NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID. I have an event in one hour and NO FOOD to feed guests.UPDATE: It 's currently 1:35am and I NEVER received an update, apology, explanation. NOTHING. The partner I spoke to over the phone never called me back so AGAIN, I was the one who had to reach out. He said he didn 't know how to get ahold of Rick, the OWNER. He said he would call me back. By this time, it is 30min till I 'm expecting guests to arrive and I have NO FOOD. I had reconfigure my ENTIRE party because of this FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. I called via Facebook multiple times after he said said he 'd call back and NO ANSWER. It said UNAVAILABLE, YOU CAN TRY AGAIN DURING BUSINESS HOURS TOMORROW. My messages were read and not responded to. What an absolute NIGHTMARE.Update #2: SUNDAY at 5:58am Rick texted me saying I am very very sorry my phone was misplaced by accident I barely got it back this morning I have your brisket made the person that seen your message yesterday was my partner but he was out of town it was not that we were ignoring your call but I was the one at fault not him I will give you a full refund of the money spent on your brisket and I 'll give you a brisket back I do apologize once again you can call me at 713-471-1455 ....... He misplaced his phone and that 's why he stood me up Not only is Rick a terrible communicator but he 's also a liar. That 's the lamest excuse. I know he forgot about my order which is why the restaurant was completely closed when I arrived to pick up my order. I replied and demanded a refund for the price I paid for the brisket and a reimbursement for the money I had to spend to feed my guests and make up for his negligence.Final update: got my money back and reimbursed the extra I had to dish out on Monday. No explanation given just a simple sorry for the inconvenience. Lol never will I ever attempt to support this business again. Non ethical. Inconsiderate of people 's time. Liars. And they 're closed when they say they 're open
