Rey Del Pollo

I will not recommend this restaurant. The waitress needs to work on customer service skills. I simply asked her why was the cheese dip so watery? And her response was I don’t know cause I don’t cook. She didn’t even ask if she could replace the cheese dip. After she return and took our orders her demeanor was horrible. Whenever we took a sip of lemonade it was gross. So I didn’t even want to taste the food.

The customer service was really nice and the lady i think it was the manager she was so nice and helpful love it here

Order a chicken soup to go and while eating it I found a metal wire , I almost ate it called to speak to a manager and they said they weren’t in

Chicken and green sauce taste very good!!. Order was ready very fast. When ordering make sure to ask roasted onion to be well cooked otherwise it will be almost raw.

Qent to get chicken because its called Rey Del Pollo and they didnt have any. The waitress apologised and said it would take a while. I told her it was ok and ordered the burrito because you can never go wrong with it. I was wrong...the salsa for the chips was good but the burrito lacked flavor and there was a layer of cheese that i couldnt get over. Perhaps its a personal preferance thing and i could be wrong. I dont recomend it. The service was great and the restaurant very spacious and clean. Lighting was perfect as well.
