Master sommelier Luis. Director of guest services. Absolute legend. Checked us in late night. Super friendly and warm.The showers have a torrential flow.The hotel is modern and clean.Only valet which is pricy.Deducted one star. It's next to the highway and is loud AF. LOUD. Cars grooming by right now at 1 AM

The signature scent, service, decor, food, drinks, and super nice and comfy rooms makes this my favorite place to stay. The Safari Suite is one of my favorite. Top notch!

This is my favorite hotel to stay in! I've recently visited twice in the last couple of weeks and I love the atmosphere, style, and hospitality. We definitely recommend and plan on visiting again.Rooms: Spacious and elegant rooms.Safety: The hotel is secluded and is 100% valet parking. The rooms have a top lock for extra security and also a safe in the rooms.Walkability: We are able to walk to an Italian restaurant where we like to pick up sorbet. Also, it is walkable to memorial city mall. However, no need to walk, when you can use the hotel's shuttle service.Food drinks: We are vegan and we have been able to make changes to existing meals. The bar is nice with lounge, bar, and booth seating.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Houston. The location feels secluded yet still close enough to get into town. The service was nothing short of amazing. The front desk team was beautiful inside and out. They went beyond the call of duty the entire time. I stayed in the suite called Passage to India. I chose this suite because the bedroom is completely blacked out which allows for the best sleep you’ll ever have. Short story short, I will stay here over and over without hesitation!

With work being so busy I decided to have a staycation here in my city, so I booked a stay at the Hotel ZaZa!I can say it in 4 words! THIS HOTEL IS AMAZING!The valet guys assisted me with my bags both times and they were extremely courteous! $40 parking.The building was very clean upon entering the lobby!Once we checked in and grabbed the keycards , we went up to the 8th floor where our room was located and it was clean as well.I did my “hotel check” upon entering: . The shower, toilet, sink, bed,etc were very clean and passed my inspection.There was a great view and many places to eat from in the area. They offer a free shuttle to and from the hotel if it’s with in a 3 mile radius. We brought our own wine and snacks to the hotel. The beverages and snacks in the hotel were very pricey!We had the delicious lime-marinated fajita meal from Guadalajara Hacienda, which is about 20 yards from the hotel.The next morning we ordered breakfast in bed from the hotel!OMG Their Chicken Waffles were the best ever or I was just super hungry ?!The buttermilk chicken breast was amazing!When I want chicken and waffles again, I definitely will come here even in I’m not staying the night.Parking is free if you are coming to the restaurant t the hotel to eat.ZaZa definitely set the bar high for me.
