Zero Degrees

Ghetto and rude customer service. They don't even bother greeting customers............................

They were out of almost everything on the menu and the two employees were rude and distracted. presentation of the drinks did not look appetizing when they were given to us.

I ordered a mangonada and spicy watermelon icy and both of them tasted like water. I've been to other zero degrees and it's a million times better. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION..

The customer service wasn't what I expected, it's my second time coming there and the first time was great because I was served with the drinks I asked for but on my second visit, they didn't have half of the drinks in the menu so we ordered off on what they had. Mango Green tea and Tiger Sugar Milk. Both didn't taste well and it was rushed and the lady that served me wasn't nice at all.

We recently moved to the area, and I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. Google indicated that they closed at 10 PM, so we arrived at 8:20 PM, but the door said they closed at 9 PM. Unfortunately, no one greeted us or informed us that the kitchen was closed while we were looking over the menu, and the music was incredibly loud. My boyfriend asked if we could order to-go since we didn't want to inconvenience them, but a very unfriendly cashier gave him a dirty look and said, "What?" When I inquired about to-go options, she responded with an attitude, stating that the kitchen was closed and they were only making drinks. I also called the restaurant the day before, but no one answered the phone—I can’t help but feel the staff was unmotivated. Overall, we had a disappointing experience due to the rudeness of all three female cashiers on the Sunday evening shift, so we will definitely be trying a different location next time.
