Aumakua Cafe - The Grange

This restaurant is a wonderful spot to unwind with delicious food, whether it's for lunch or a delightful morning tea. I would highly recommend trying the single lemon meringue tarts, and while you wait for your delicious coffee, you can stroll around the nursery. The French toast with fruit topping and amazing salted caramel sauce with a touch of Bundy rum is simply delightful. What more could you ask for?

Beautiful little family run cafe, lovely friendly owners ...delicious toastie and great coffee .. Meals are a generous size and prices are family and retirement friendly. .... Some GF free option and lots of choice in milk types ..soy, lactose free etc ... Most importantly always a fabulous breeze blowing to keep you comfortable My favorite is the Huli Huli wings mmmmm

I regularly go to Aumakua cafe as it's lovely and quiet, with swings and a slide for the kiddos. The food is amazing and really affordable.

This is probably the best beef tartare you will ever eat in your life.

I stopped at this restaurant for brunch for the second time. I found a lovely warm, sunny spot on a fresh day and enjoyed a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere in the place. The big breakfast meal was a good size, but I couldn't finish it all. My partner really enjoyed their meal as well. It was a simple but nice way to spend a morning. The coffee was hot and made with lactose-free milk. It was decent, but could have had a stronger kick. Perhaps they could consider using a different brand of coffee beans? Overall, it was great value for money and definitely worth a visit.
