Avoid if you want decent food and service, bought a ‘carvery’ bap and it’s drier than a sand fleas chuff Turkey was all purple veined up Sasha the delightful assistant lapped the dry stuffing on with so much passion and not a care in the world that I was about to eat that .. and then there’s Andy the very rude unhelpful assistant who had such a bad attitude when I went and sat down and opened my sandwich to see it didn’t even have a blob of gravy went back and told him it looked dry and Disgusting he didn’t care at all was totally rude saying I saw the meat before I bought it which to be fair I did see the outside of it which looked ok then walked to the till to look at the drinks. To be brutally honest I would not even give this meat to my dog because she would keel over and I certainly won’t eat it as I don’t want to be laid in a corner in the fetal position. Not good paying £9 to be given dry manky meat in a rock and a load of lip from Andy with the bad curtain hair cut. I’m fuming here just wish I could upload a picture!
Food fresh only service not so good, everything seems like an effort or too much trouble. You knew what the job was when you took it. Managers re address the welcoming and standards of service from your front of house team, point been it's not welcoming. On that bases I will not return.
Small friendly outfit. Not the cheapest but quicker turnaround than Subway next door.
Totally delighted.... In fact really impressed. Might not look much or be in the most pleasant surroundings, but the Caesar salad and chicken salad really were good. Fresh ingredients and generous in size. With good smoothies included for less than £12... What's not to like?
