Tourist trap, but they deliver what they promised: IHOP on the Rocks. In other words: cheap american breakfast+diner in overpriced location.
'Run-of-the-mill' breakfast foods not great foodstuffs to break a fast! Noisome construction disruptive to a pleasant eating experience.
The place is always crowded. They have nice pancakes. I like the texture of their pancakes. They are fluffy. They are served in a very big portion for me. So it is better to share with your friend.
Came here for brekky whilst visiting Sydney from Perth, not a bad place. Ive been to this chain in Perth, so wasnt expecting much of a difference. Service was good, our server took our order quickly, there was a little wait on the food, it was pretty busy after all, but the drinks came out quickly. I ordered an Iced Coffee, which was ok, wasnt super cold and they didnt put ice in, but the taste wasnt bad. I ordered the 'Sausage and Pancakes' which was 2 buttermilk pancakes, 2 sausages, an egg, and a grilled tomato. The only thing I would have something negative to say about was the dryness of the pancakes, but they did give me a sizeable jug of maple syrup so I was able to make them nice and soggy the way i like them. Overall, I would probably eat here again, its a good place to eat for a reasonable price.
