Great food service and at a nice price. Came on for a Sunday roast, the bar staff twere very friendly and the food was very good. Food portion size is perfect with nicely layer out plates. I was also presently surprised to get a Cauliflower and broccoli cheese with the meal. When we are back in the area we will definitely be back.. (Now to check out the desert menu... Food: 5

Took the family for a meal on our last night of staying in the village. With 10 of us including 4 young children, we were made welcome, nothing was too much trouble and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Thank you for such a lovely evening! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great food, piping hot and very tasty. Good home style cooking food, nothing fancy! Great prices and a helpful barmaid. Only issue is the fruit machines were flashing so much and lighting the whole room up. I thought it was emergency services to begin with speeding past the window. I don’t feel they should be flashing like that as it detracts from an otherwise nice atmosphere. Price per person: £10–20
