Is anyone actually working in this place?! Ordered at 7pm, original delivery time 8:10. Changed to 8:40 and it’s now 9:11 and funnily nobody is answering the phone... shocking service!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! We ordered food at 6.30pm and were expecting our delivery at 7.45pm. The restaurant added 25 minutes to the delivery time which was understandable due to the busy demand. We were expecting our food for 8.10pm. It got to 8.25pm and we had heard nothing so I rang the restaurant and was told the driver is on his way. Another 20 minutes passed and I rang the restaurant again at 8.45pm. I was told by the lady that she would ring the driver and call me back. I did NOT get a call back and 15 minutes later at 9pm I called her again. She then told me she hadnt rang the driver and would call him now which was completely unacceptable. She called the driver whilst I was on the phone, I was NOT put on hold and I could hear the whole converstation. They were swearing and arguing at each other VERY unprofessional. It turns out the driver had been to our building but delivered it to a different number. The lady in the restaurant had put the wrong number on the ticket and did not check our address correctly. Another couple in the building were basically given a free chinese which we had paid for. I complained at the incompetance and was then asked if I could knock on the door of the number the food was delivered to and ask for our food!! How OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I frustratingly refused to do such a stupid thing. The lady then told me that she would just cancel the order. I was not offered the food I had paid for or an apology for the mistake. After complaining endlessly for the rudeness, incompetance and awful service she agreed to resend the food and provide an immediate full refund for the inconvenience caused. The food finally arrived and the rice we ordered as a LARGE came as a SMALL and the chicken balls were really peppery. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PROMISED REFUND!!

I picked up my order no problems, the young girl on front desk read the order out to me so I thought everything was OK. I got home and there were a few items missing from the order, i phoned the restaurant and was promptly told they definitely put the items into the bag (basically calling me a liar). I said no they didn't and I would bring the whole order back for them to check. I got back to the restaurant and the young girl went through the bag and found that there was indeed items missing, I did not receive an apology. She went into the kitchen and I could hear shouting in Chinese from the chef (her mother). She came back 5 minutes later it's the missing items. I said can you pay for petrol at least due to me driving to and from the restaurant twice, the inconvenience and also the inconvenience of reheating the now cold food. She went into the kitchen, again more shouting in Chinese, she came back and said she could not do that. I said fine if you don't compensate me I will never buy from here again. She went back into the kitchen and came back saying her mother said that's fine don't come again. Absolute terrible service, I was treated like this entire shambles was my fault, not once did I get an apology and the mother was extremely rude! I actually felt sorry for the young girl who had to relay the messages from her very rude and conceited mother! I really felt like saying take the whole order back and I'll have my money back but at this point both myself and my pregnant wife were very hungry. Absolute horrible woman in charge of this place!

This is the worst chicken curry I have ever tasted. The chicken does not taste like real chicken. It tastes like a watery, reconstituted chicken roll. And at over £6 per portion, it is definitely not worth it.
