Wife and I ate there today for the first time. Steak fingers are really good..The gravy paired excellent with the steak fingers. Was very pleased with the service and the meal. Next time will try the burgers. Will definitely be a repeat customer ....

The lady working drive thru was hateful! I wouldn’t waste your time or money in this terrible place!

Staff so rude! Waited for EVER for food! They gave our order to someone else and never bothered to tell us , while watching us sit there never asked if there was a problem etc . Had to go tell them we wanted our food and they acted mad at us because they gave our food away! THEY were rude to people that couldn’t speak perfect English, rude to people that had a speech impediment. NEVER AGAIN will I waste money here .

Great food, city's worst customer service! again, the burgers are good, the chicken strips are good, the steak fingers are possibly the best in Odessa, but... the customer service is terrible. there are 2 elderly ladies that run the drive thru. 1 can't remember your order and is rude on the drive thru speaker and the other lady is extremely rude as you hand her your money to pay. such a hard decision to go because the food is great but the service is awful.
