Chili's Grill - The Woodlands

This is our favorite date night location. We always have the same waitress and she is so sweet and efficient! Sometimes she will be the only one on the floor and she kills it! : update! She's still killing it!

Very good bbq burger and buffalo ranch chicken salad. They weren't busy only 4 tables being used. There was no one to greet us after least 2 or 3 minutes a waitress told us it would be just a minute. Another couple of minutes passed. Then she needed toclean a table for us... there were lots of tables and booths available. This was around 1 in the after noon. After we orderedwe told them we only had 45 minutes because we had a dr appt around the corner. Food did come out fast witch gave us plenty oftime. Thank you for that

Food was cold and dry. Yuk. Could not eat it. Update: Customer experience reached out and wanted to make it right. Kuddos to them. They show they care about their customers. I will give it another go. Thank you.

Took over 20 minutes for someone to greet us, and waitress was very sparse. Need more staff it seems Mac and cheese was served very cold, waiter never even came to check on us for it to get fixed

Good, but fajita beef was so tough, had to dice before adding to tortillas, so was disappointed on that
