Shipley Do-nuts - The Woodlands

Gave it a one star because I didn’t have a choice but please check your food, donuts in this case before eating them. I got a full box of donuts with mildew on it. My husband ate two my sons ate two ages six and seven and when I went to grab me one, I immediately seenEach doughnut, remaining had multiple spots of mildew on them. Most of the time your body can properly digest but in some case you get really sick with bad side effects like really bad vomiting, diarrhea etc. I hope my little ones do not get ill or they will be hearing from me soon!

I've been a fan of Shipley Do-Nuts since I was 12 years old. However, my experience at this specific location has been a nightmare. The staff is consistently rude to the customers. They always give me a sour attitude when I ask for a note and pen to write down my order list because I am deaf and unable to speak. I've read other reviews that mentioned similar experiences at this location. I think the company should investigate and address these issues to protect their reputation.

At 5 o'clock in the morning, I should not have stale anything!! The glazed and chocolate glazed were old and tough. Was thinking about calling to complain to the manager but I'm concerned but I'll take the 2 dollar loss. My experience with Shipley Donuts this morning was horrible. I won't be returning.

Went to get my pick up order. They had none of the donuts I ordered and refused to give me a refund because I didn’t speak Spanish. The ladies were rude and didn’t even know a lick of English except the words “no can’t help” what the hell! I expect to be able to a Refund. I called the 800 number and they said I have to “wait” to get a refund until someone contacts me. I expect the owner or manager to call me or give me a refund. Now I have to go to my bank and let them know that Shirley’s stole my money and refuse to give me a refund.

The cashier this morning needs prayer. God, I pray that you heal all wounds and free her of all demonic spirits that are attached to her Lord. Amen ??
