Whataburger - The Woodlands

I am disappointed to find that the chicken breast at this restaurant is now stringy and rubbery. It seems they have started using lower-quality meats, as the texture was unpleasant, resembling chewy grilled play dough. I used to consider Whataburger a source of Texas pride, but now it has become a letdown.

This Whataburger is the worst one I have ever been to in my life. I usually don't leave reviews, but this place really needs improvement. My boyfriend and I stopped by after work around 10pm since it is conveniently located near our workplace. After ordering and waiting in line, we realized there was no ketchup in our bag, which we had requested. We waited at the window for about 10 minutes, but the workers ignored us. When we finally got their attention, the employee had a terrible attitude about giving us ketchup. They need to understand that working at a fast food restaurant means providing good customer service, even for simple requests like ketchup. Something needs to change at this location.
