Chili's Grill - Thibodaux

Don't do it. On Saturday November 13th 2021 my husband and I tried to dine at chili's here in thibodaux. We arrived at 6:19 pm, we were greeted and told that it would be a 30—45 min wait, not a big deal it's Saturday night, we walked next door to game stop and came back, we were seated and asked for sweet tea, we got unsweet. Extremely cold. Staff said they couldn't change the thermostat for some reason. Took forever for service. The food was chewy. Our waitress was very sweet but I will not be returning.

Shut this location down. At least 75% of this menu is not available, probably more like 85%. Not only that, the food that is available is the worst cooked Chili’s food I have ever been too and I travel for work. Not just bad, terrible!

My friend wanted to eat here so we decided to order the two for $25. It was a lot of food! We ordered the loaded fries, a rib and steak dinner, and the skillet chocolate chip cookie. I enjoyed my steak; it was cooked how I like it. However, I was disappointed with the asparagus I ordered. They didn't snap off the inedible woody ends off the asparagus which is cooking 101. Other than that we enjoyed our meal, and we had a really nice waitress.

They desperately need to hire some more people. It takes way too long to get your food, its always cold by the time you get it home. Last time they gave my girlfriend like 7 fires and forgot her other side entirely.
