A&w - Thief River Falls

Just lowered my review to one star, usually like the food but tried to go there today about 1145 sat in the drive thru behind a couple cars for about 20 minutes. And no one moved. The car in front of me left I left soon after. The pickup sitting at the speaker was still there. Drive by there was a couple in there making out (what the hell only in TRF). And apparently you weren't open kinda sucks because there are very few places to go on a Sunday in this town

Used to be ok service but now it’s horrible. Tried to go there at 5:30pm to get food. There were two teenagers in what passes for uniforms there standing by the dumpsters yelling at cars that they were closed.

Not like an original A W Drive-In that had papa burgers, mama burgers, teen burgers baby burgers. There were no glass mugs of the original fabulous foaming root beer either. Its okay but it's just another burger joint now.

The employees weren't helpful. I have an allergy to onions and was told that my mushrooms burger couldn't be made without. I also presented a coupon received for my birthday from company they refused to honor and it was for that store. Prices are also higher at this location. Overall this was the worst experience I've had with A&W

Decent food, but slow service and they're only open when they feel like being open.
