Excellent address on Thiers. Some season products carefully, and implemented with talent. The room with open kitchen offers us the possibility to see the Chef create his ephemeral paintings. The service is perfect. The smiling waitress, attentive, dynamic brings joy to the tables. I'll come back here to discover the next map with mouth water.
