Very differently set up and the sofa section is very comfortable. I liked the fact that you could peep inside the open kitchen and watch them do their job. : <br/ <br/ The staff is so polite and respectful. The service was great too!<br/ <br/ Of course, the food was delicious! We didn't mind the use of Banana chips everywhere and the Kerala touch to foreign dishes is very nice! Presentation brilliant <br/ <br/ I couldn't get to the desserts so much but the complimentary green apple pastry was nice!<br/ <br/ Perhaps more variety in the menu, especially for vegetarians would be good...<br/ <br/ Well done guys!<br/ <br/
So recently, I have been introduced to 'Atelier ' By Ambrosia a renowned restaurant chain in Trivandrum and Amit Puri The renowned Chef . As the name suggests, the interiors are aesthetic and sophisticated which gives off the fine dine vibe and as for the cuisine, they serve Kerala Continental fusion dishes, which is one of the many reasons that lured me here. These are some of the dishes that I 've got my hands on Left to right numerically <br/ <br/ 1. Kerala Beef Roast on Toast<br/ 2. Malabar Ravioli<br/ 3. 5 Vegetable Risotto<br/ 4. Glazed Pork Chops<br/ 5. Tiramisu<br/ 6. Do it yourself Chicken tacos<br/ <br/ It is safe to say they have done justice to the cuisine they 've stated as each and every Continental dish presented had this strong Kerala flavor to it. The dishes are on the pricier side since it is a fine dine setup.<br/
It was a pleasant surprise!! Did not expect such quintessential service and food in Thiruvanadapuram. The food was exceptional and and outstanding hospitality. The waiters and the managment staff were very helpful in giving us a fantastic fine dining experience.
I’ve eaten food at numerous large restaurants and it’s no exaggeration to say this was the best fine dining experience I have ever had. I was told that Atelier considers every dish a work of art, and it showed. Every dish I had not only looked great, but was delicious too. <br/ <br/ I came here in a large party and we shared everything we ordered, so I got to try a few dishes. Some of the highlights were the Kuravankonam Jn Sardines, the do-it-yourself chicken tacos with paneer, the Butterfly Pea tea (which includes an awesome demonstration of siphoning), the lamb and parotta shaobing, the White chocolate panna cotta, and the Flavors of Banoffee. <br/ <br/ I highly, HIGHLY recommend coming here for an amazing meal. I’d give it 10/5 stars, if I could.
