We discovered this gem during our recent trip to Kovalam. The cafe is located on a cliff overlooking the beach, and provided excellent view of the ocean and the cliff. We ordered fish from their fresh catch, which was grilled to perfection, and served with a side of salad and fries. We also had scoops of vanilla ice cream which tasted refreshing. The drawbacks are its location in a less accessible place with no adjoining parking space. The road leading to the cafe is across the beach, and up the cliff, which is atleast 200 meters from the parking space. For kids and elderly, it may not be easy. The hotel is farther from the main kovalam beach, and not accessible, unless you are staying in one of the resorts nearby. It's better to visit the place in groups, so that the food can be shared.

Above average price (1400rupees for a big fish enough for two people) but the grilled red snapper fish tasted really great. Cash only accepted. At this price range of the fish I hope they will accept card payment soon.

Amazing food and amazing location! Highly recommended: 10 out of 10! The atmosfere was very relaxed. Great service: the restaurant can arrange a tuck tuck to pick you up, and super fresh food: very local and authentic cuisine at its best. We had king prawn molee curry, we choose the fresh king prawns, they were super fresh just caught by the fisherman, super juicy. And a White snapper in banana leaves: so good!
