Burger King - Thomasville

The restaurant offers some great deals, but they really need to bring back the classic French recipe from 1990. When I'm trying to choose between a burger or a classic chicken sandwich, I often switch to McDonald's drive-thru for fries instead of opting for the Hepper/Chicken Sandwich. Honestly, you have some of the worst fries among all the major fast-food chains, and your hash browns often taste stale and dry.

I waited in line for over 15 minutes, only to find my online voucher had expired. The rude manager attempted to tell me that there were only four cars ahead of me, when in fact there were more. So it's clear I wasn't just in line for 15 minutes! To make matters worse, she addressed me with "well honey," which is completely unprofessional for a manager responding to a customer complaint. She also refused to provide me with a company phone number. Overall, they are slow and unprofessional. If I could give them negative stars, I definitely would.

I visited Burger King today at noon, and while I was there, a customer was trying to resolve an issue with her order, which was missing a few items. When the general manager came over to assist, things only escalated with arguments and shouting, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone waiting for their food. Based on how Burger King handles customer service, I really don’t plan to return!

I rarely eat Burger King food but I must say they have improved since the last time I ate there and by far they a getting good and not deep frying everything on there menu. Overall I must they are at a 5 star and one of my new favorite spots to eat when I so decide to go pick something up from a restaurant.
