Marco's Pizza - Thomasville

I ordered a thick crust pizza with bacon and ground beef (literally never saw ground beef on the menu for any pizza place before, just sausage so I had to try it). I didn 't quite love the ground beef, bacon, sauce combination so I took one star for that. But check the pic this is how pizza should look when it arrives! It was not only hot and fresh, but filling and tasty too! It was delivered quick enough, and the driver was polite and brought me my food with no fuss. My only regret is I got full halfway through because of the thicker crust so I 'll have to microwave the rest later, but make no mistake I will definitely be purchasing from Marcos Thomasville again!

Went there Friday waited an hour to be told after the 3rd time that my order was messed up again and that my pizza was never made. Clerk at register tried to give me a veggie pizza they mistakenly made, after I watched them open and close it repeatedly. Then when I refused, the guy who I assumed was in charge said at least it’s free. So I guess I was supposed to happily accept their screw up. Don’t think so. I never leave reviews but this one is deserving. Poor customer service and unorganized environment at its finest is what was dished out and served to me along with a few more customers that were there while I waited.

Normally we have a great experience here. However the female blonde with the sleeve tattoo working this afternoon needs to be reprimanded for poor attitude, rudeness and cursing. There were several customers in Marco's as she fussed about door dash and that people needed to stop ordering motherf pizza. As people walked in they were not greeted or acknowledged and two ended up walking out. If our pizza was not already paid for we would have joined them. On top of this our order ended up being wrong. I understand it was Friday and busy, but that is no excuse for such poor customer service, especially from a place that I know has good service. Please don't let this individual ruin an otherwise great business.

Customer service can do better and pizza delivery takes to long very unorganized never answer phones puts customers on hold to long never comes back to phone never again very disappointing.
