Ordered chicken for delivery. Gave me an estimated time. It never arrived at the time. I thought they were busy so didn’t think anything of it. They called me about 30 min later asking when I was picking up my food, as it was ready since the time they stated. I told them that I had asked for delivery. They told me it would be delivered right away. Over 30 minutes later, the delivery guy brought it. In our community, you can drive end to end in 10 minutes. Over 30 minutes is NOT right away. I told the delivery guy I had originally asked for delivery. He did apologize. Initially, I thought that bringing this to their attention, would result in something...ie: a discount, coupons or gift certificate towards a future purchase...etc. I guess they think that the delivery drivers apology was enough.

Has been an excellent family place to eat in, take out or have delivered. Tonight, was exceptionally weird. Called in an order for delivery about 5:45. Was told it would be about 15 minutes. About 40 min later I get a call asking me if I was coming to get my food. I said no...it is a delivery. She apologized and said she'd get it sent right away. Almost 45 min later...it arrives. I was charged for delivery. Only when I asked, did the driver say yeah, it was marked for pick-up. I paid my full bill and plan on contacting the restaurant next week to discuss.

Had the pleasure to have a lunch and a dinner meal. Ate the chicken both times. The restaurant is very cafe motif. The chicken is awesome though. The menu could be expanded to include some vegetables besides the almighty potato.
