Branding Iron - Thompson

We had a fantastic dinner tonight at Branding Iron! Many thanks to Denny and his wonderful team for the excellent service.

The Mother's Day buffet at this restaurant was a complete disappointment. Not only was the food subpar, but the prices were also not as advertised. I ended up paying $18.00 for each of my two daughters, who are both 10 years old and under, making the total for our family of 5 a whopping $90.00. The buffet ran out of ham, the food was cold and stale, and the desserts were lackluster for the price. To add to that, the person at the register spilled water on our table and never bothered to clean it up. There were unsupervised children at the soda station, coughing and filling up their drinks. When I tried to voice my concerns to the staff, I was met with dismissive and rude responses. The manager even passed me off to a waitress who was unprofessional and impatient. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I have ever had in terms of both food quality and customer service.

This restaurant quickly becomes packed after opening, which is a testament to its excellence. Everyone I talked to had nothing but praise for the delicious food.

We found this place on google and decided to make a short drive to check it. I'm glad we made it! Cool atmosphere and good food! the prime rib was good (better than many places) and the salatbar was beautiful! the service was great and I will eat definitiw again here! Remember when we went, they did not accept credit cards, so be prepared for it. I am not sure whether this is the norm on this place or not?

Great experience from start to finish! The 14oz ribeye was fantastic, and cooked perfectly to order. The grilled salmon dinner was absolutely phenomenal paired with a side of buttered broccoli. Salad bar was great, staff was kind and friendly, service and cleanliness all spectacular! Thank you for making our special occasion dinner top notch! ??
