Dairy Queen - Thomson

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! Not only is it dirty, but the customer service is awful. We were not even greeted when we entered. It took two employees to put caramel on a single sundae. This establishment needs a complete makeover, and new staff should be hired. I stopped here for a quick bite because of the nearby Greyhound station, but ended up going to Bojangles instead. Given the traffic from the Greyhound stop, they really should be running a better operation. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I visited the restaurant today and was disappointed to find that many of the items I wanted to order were unavailable. When I inquired about Slushies, the woman at the counter confirmed they had them. However, when she turned on the machine, it made a lot of noise, and the syrup was coming out without blending properly with the ice. I asked if there was an issue, and she explained that the machine hadn't been used in a while, so it would take some time to work properly. This led me to cancel my order, as it raised concerns about the machine being properly cleaned and maintained. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've visited this restaurant only to find that they didn’t have what I wanted to order.

The food here leaves something to be desired. However, if you want ice cream or an Orange Julius then this is the place to go. The staff are not customer service oriented in the slightest. So I did as asked and tried again and guess what it was wayworse this time. This apparently isn't the place for and Orange Julius. My mistake before. Because this time they handed me abig overpriced cup of nasty orange juice. Come on people yall got to get it together before y'all get shut down

Pulled up to the store and the cashier is outside smoking a blunt. Inside, my husband's order is completely messed up, he's overcharged and they give him a receipt with only codes on it. Fries tasted like they had big spray on them. The entireexperience was horrible. We are calling corporate it is so bad.

In Thomson, DQ is a combination of a Dairy Queen and a gas station! I don't have any complaints; there's usually no line, and the service is fairly quick for ice cream orders. I'd rate it a 5, but the ordering speaker is really difficult to hear, and the staff I've interacted with over the past three months have been grumpy and a bit curt.
