We stopped off here on the way back from skiing we had a late flight from Geneva. The location is excellent by the harbour, though it was snowing and we couldn't really appreciate it. Of our four dishes three were fine but nothing to write home about. However, the perch was disappointing the lemon overpowered what little flavour the fish had.

We ordered the plat du jour , tartare de saumon à la mangue, dorade royale, fromage, dessert the quality is amazing and for a good price. We really feel relax thanks to that wonderful localization. A great place for special occasions. Sure we come back.

Wether you eat on the terrace or in the restaurant the ambience is lovely, the staff are very friendly efficient, varied choice on the menu with a good wine selection. We have dined there visited just for apéros with both family, friends just myself my husband. It is situated next to the funiculaire with a view of the lake.

Beautiful spot by the lake stunning views. Fairly limited menu and certainly cooked fresh. The Plat du Jour was roasted guinea fowl delicious. The Tartiflette was huge! Puddings were terriffic and the Mousse Chocolat was astonishingly good. Service was unobtrusive and friendly. All in all a memorable lunch.

Our Sunday lunch was great. Staff was really nice and service was good. Food was best so far in Thonon.
