Pollo Rico - Thonotosassa

Had Piccadillo today . The ground beef was so crunchy and full of bone meal I had to toss it away.Why is it a Restaurant wants to be so cheap and get the cheapest grade of ground beef that is inedible?Won’t go there again. Also noticed they serve Cuban Sandwiches that are made only with, Pork, Ham and Swiss cheese. No salami?Needless to say my wife had 1/4 chicken and it was so dry it went to the trash also.Bad experience and won’t go there again.

What a great place to eat! Authentic food just like my mother used to cook, it was so delicious. Everyone there was so friendly and willing to sit and chat with us, even let us try some of the items we didn't know what they were, (also delicious by the way! I wish I lived closer as I definitely would be a regular customer!!

Fantastic lunch great family atmosphere. Definitely passion for cooking here.
