Mcdonald's - Thornburg

Slow food is more like it. I waited more than 15 minutes AFTER my order was taken to receive my food. This was a regrettable time suck on my trip. The food was barely warm and dried out.

45 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive through at 9:45pm on a Saturday. Side note police in parking lot, dealing with trouble (not the fault of the restaurant, but speaks to the environment here). Staff were working hard, but they were in training.

We were traveling and found information online that this particular location opens at 5am. We drove there and arrived at 5:45am, but the doors were closed. We could see the employees inside, and the signs on the door indicated that the opening time was indeed 5am. We knocked on the glass hoping to gain their attention, but one of them simply turned and said it 's closed .

I always have pleasant interactions with the staff here in the morning. Sometimes, the breakfast rush can be very busy. Recommended McDonald's location.
