The Cheese Gallery - Thornbury

In the cutest little town of Thornbury about 25 minute drive away form Collingwood.

They know cheese!!! stopped by on Sunday afternoonthey were quite busy, but staff managed to find place for us.

We stopped in over the weekend while in the Blue Mountains area in general on a weekend getaway.

I dont have enough words. Heard about this place on tiktok months before I moved north from Toronto. We visited right away and have been back twice since. The cheese is incredible and the vibe is so great. Love this place!

Amazing shop: make sure to try the Brie Fig grilled cheese and the “best buttertart” (best to split this! sweet but perfect) super friendly staff and love the atmosphere also have a take out window also helps promote smaller businesses (see photos)
