Wawa - Thorndale

This wawa is a joke, go to the one literally 2 blocks away. It's much better. They actually do their job and restock their shelves.

My daughter busted her toe open trying to open the door (it wasn’t store’s fault) but Rebecca was so kind and offered first aid immediately and an incident report. She was very caring and empathetic. A great kind of employee to have we are grateful for her fast acting and providing first aid!

It took 20 minutes to prepare the avocado toast. The place is quite small, and their breakfast offerings on the weekends are lacking. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 and the atmosphere a 1.

I spent nearly $10 on a ten-inch gobbler, and it turned out to be more of a stuffing sandwich than anything else. There were only three small slices of turkey on the whole thing. Disappointing! Food rating: 1/5.

I placed an online order, but my coffee was made incorrectly. When I arrived for pickup, my sandwich and chips were not in a bag on the racks. I waited for over 10 minutes until someone asked if I was waiting for something and advised me to check with a cashier if it wasn’t on the rack. The cashier tried to ring up my sandwich, which I had already paid for! Then, another employee acknowledged that they were having a chaotic day. I mentioned I would also grab the chips I ordered, but the same employee claimed they weren’t aware I had ordered them. When I got back to work, I realized they had given me the wrong sandwich! This experience was completely unacceptable for $20 spent on three items, none of which were correct! I will never visit this Wawa again!
