Wayback Burgers - Thorndale

I had never been in a Wayback Burger, but my friends had always said how good they were. I didn't know exactly what to order, but the staff knew what to recommend! Everyone worked so helpful and was so pleasant! I laughed and hungry. The burger I got was definitely how the chef told me to look better ' then the picture on the menu. I definitely go back! Thank you for the wonderful service and laughter!

At a time when you go everywhere, short staff and customer service is not existent, my visit to Wayback in Thorndale today renewed my hope that people still know how to provide exemplary service. Everyone on the staff was super friendly-like to the point where they could make your day - especially the guy who took my order (forgot his name, but said he is from New York. Maybe the manager? Only goes to show customer service is becoming more and more important than the product or prices. Although the food was also good, and I felt the prices were not terrible. The service was also fast. Will definitely be back.

We've been coming here regularly for about 7 years. My son wanted milkshakes for his birthday, so we decided to make it a Shake and Burger Night. 1. Prices rose so much. Order was over $80! My three kids said the milkshakes were terribly delicious. Not even sure how you screw this up. They didn't even finish them. The burgers were bland. I ordered chicken fingers. I thought they couldn't be bad. They were burned and dry. Onion rings were also burned. We also did not receive any of the dives we ordered and paid. I rarely give 1 star, but none of the foods was good and not edible. Will never go back.

I tried it for the first time while we eat the employees in which we fight with the manager standing on the side and saying nothing, we felt very comfortable. The food was sub par too, the actual dead were the only decent items and milkshakes, but the burgers about price for what you get. Two stars because the girls who took orders were nice.

Save your money! My husband and I ordered from here Friday 6/17/22. Typically, the food was great in the past? When my husband picked it up, he said the location looked very dirty and the food we got spent $40, 1 burger, 1 chicken sandwich and 2 milkshakes? Everything in everything? My chicken sandwich was so dry that you could say it was under the heat lamp all day and my husband said we should have just gone to Wendy? their burgers are better.?
