Pizza Nova - Thornhill

I ordered the large Mediterranean pizza for delivery. The ingredients were great, but the crust was just average. It had the potential to be much better.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious and the staff is friendly. When my kids visited once, they were $5 short. Despite this, the employee still gave them the pizza and drinks and asked them to bring the $5 on their next visit. It was a nice gesture!

Pizza Nova is not as good as Dominos or Pizza Hut, and their prices are higher. However, their taste is preferred over Pizza Pizza. This particular location is average compared to other Pizza Nova locations.

I know many people complain about the quality of the major chains, but honestly, I have always loved Pizza Nova. They have fresh ingredients, and they cook the pizza's perfectly well done every time. Their sopressata is delicious! As is their gourmet garlic.... Delivery is always fast and friendly!

Been going to this location for about 4 years now and it used to be very good. However, some of the new staff they have hired are not as passionate as the old staff. I guess I'm just used to being greeted with a little bit of small talk instead of simply asking me what I wanted right as I walk up to the counter. Was also double charged once but i'll just chalk that up to being a mistake. These things happen but I hope this location goes back to the way it used to be.
