Applebee's Grill Bar Restaurant

I go to Applebee's quite a bit in the evening. It depends on what day, you go to Applebee's some of the hosts are friendly and kind. The restrooms are not clean at all and it always has a bad smell.

Cool location to go to when they arent busy. When me and my date walked into this location, the hostess had her back turned to us engulfed in a convo with other workers. When she did turn around, she told us its a wait and to have a seat but didnt tell us how long of a wait. My date spotted some seats at the bar and we just went over to them. The bartenders were swomped so they didnt even notice we werent there 5 mins prior. Lol. The food was decent. The high point being my delicious half rack of ribs. My date didnt enjoy her meal as much. We ordered some Captain Morgans with Coke because it was a $2 special. It def was more coke than anything in that mug. UPDATE! I went here, recently, and the hostess just looked at us when we approached. No greeting, no hospitality, just a cold stare. Luckily, we were in a great mood, so, it was brushedboff, but, noted. The food and everything was good. GET THEM HOSTESS CUSTONER SERVICE SKILLS UP TO PAR! As a customer, the 1st person you interact with sets the tone on if we even want to spend our money with you. Make sure the hostess is good with people. Just a suggestion.

I truly enjoy this restaurant they always have something new and fresh the staff is very uplifting. And always willing to give an opinion on what they really feel about a meal never the guide you wrong just for a check. The bartenders are very attentive and friendly and always willing to suggest something new. The restaurant is kept clean and well trafficked I tip my hat to the management.

Was here with my aunt, a friend, and my brother for his birthday on a Fri evening after 6. Not too loud. Cool vibes. Busy/packed but not crazy over-crowded; no line maybe 1 big family 1 couple waiting after we were seated. Pretty good food bev. With tip just a few bux over $100 which for 4 ppl eating dinner out is a Steal. Beautiful, Clean restaurant but table in front of me was not and a family about to be seated was like So we can wait until the table is cleaned first. They had some deals and 2/$25, $28, or $32 was back. All food came out hot. And did not take long. Seems like much smaller portions now for premium entrees like Sizzling Chicken Shrimp? Drink was big tasty $6 Special but could have used more rum) alcohol. Our Waitress was OK, and the wait staff there were alright...maybe not enough staff though? No 1 was very nice nor really rude in any super overt way. Kind of dim lighting BUT as long as they don 't go as Nighttime DARK as Cheesecake Factory 's lighting I 'm good.

It started with a smile from the initial greet at the door.. our waiter Nick was practically perfect with his customer service and personality. The management and ALL the employees were outgoing and friendly and eagerness to help each other to make sure my family had the perfect dinner. To finish my wife and I have been doing Applebees at least once a month all across Delaware and Maryland and I can say this…. THIS IS NOW OUR HOME FOR SATURDAY NIGHTS!
