Then the man that made my sandwich got mad because I asked if he put ranch on my sandwich and he didn't, a sandwich that literally STATED on the menu that ranch is included.This was by far the worst location I’ve been to.
I’ve been searching around since I’ve moved to Towson for the best cheesesteak around, and here I have found it!! It was perfect! I got the Philly cheese steak and it was just what I was craving! The small size is perfect, and I got some cheese fries on the side as well, which were absolutely delicious! If you love a good cheesesteak, this is the place for you!!
Disclaimer: Never have eaten here.Friday I visited this mall with my sister. Before arriving I had been dealing with painful spasms in my hand which resulted in my hand locking or freezing in place. Once arriving to the food court I noticed the condition was only getting worst and was told I need to eat mustard to hydrate myself which would help. I ordered food from a place next to Charley 's. Afterward I went over and asked them for a single mustard packet, one guy responded no. You would assume they have mustard because they sell sandwiches right? The first guy who responded didn 't give me a chance to explain why I needed mustard and went about his way. The next guy I asked.. same thing. Then, the third guy I asked whom was at the register did the exact same thing. I Went on to ask him "So you sell sandwiches but don 't have any mustard packets for the sandwiches? He responded: I don 't have mustard packets but we do have mustard. Irritated because now I realized they didn 't want to give me mustard because I didn 't order from them. Thankfully someone at chik fila listened and gave me mustard to stop the spasms! Management, please hire more compassionate employees! Gladly my issue wasn 't as serious but what if someone else whose having a serious health issue goes to them looking for help? And they turn them away because they havent ordered!?
To start. I was here 2 weeks ago. 4/18 to be exact. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. To begin, don't rush people when they're ordering, by magically predicting thier order because what will happen, is what happened to me- it'll be wrong! Then, once at the other end, for people you're giving YOUR MONEY too, the utter lack respect and interest in actually hearing what I'm asking for is nothing short of infuriating. Rude, unpleasant, disrespectful, and arrogant. Will absolutely never patronize this business again. Apparently, is common for them because other people were walking up telling me they gave the same problems! Disgusting! And my food was basic, at BEST!
Horrible workers with nasty attitudes. They should take that somewhere else, where no one cares.
